Ralph Yarro

ralph_yarro Ralph James Yarro III has been actively involved in the development and funding of Utah's high tech environment since 1995. His latest venture, ThinkAtomic, Inc., is a high tech incubator, think tank and venture accelerator. He has served as Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of ThinkAtomic since 2005, and has developed, funded, and is currently operating several Utah based companies. He is currently CEO and Chairman of Voonami, SurfRecon, Xymbiot, JumpSeed, Nuevana, and Zceros.

Mr. Yarro is President and Chief Executive Officer of Venture Quest, LLC., a venture lending and capital company supporting ThinkAtomic and several other investments like: Alta Robins, ClearPlay, and Data Discovery. He is Founder and Chairman of The CP80 Foundation, a 501(c) (4) organization, since 2005. CP80 is dedicated to the protection of children and families from the highly destructive and widely distributed problems of Internet pornography. The CP80 foundation supports and engages in research, education, legislation, and the development of anti pornography solutions.

He has been an avid developer, acquirer, and defender of intellectual property, which he believes must be fostered and protected to create a fertile, and stable high tech environment. In 2003, he sponsored a bill (S.B. 239), which passed in 2004, to improve the IP laws in the state of Utah.

Mr. Yarro has served on the Board of Trustees of UITA from 2000 to 2005; the President's Leadership Council for Brigham Young University from 2000 to 2004; and the UVU Foundation Board since 2007, and is currently serving as Chairman of this Foundation. He holds a B.A. degree in Political Science from Brigham Young University.
