Prominent transactions have included the sale of Cottonwood Corporate Center for $110 Million to CalPERS, Pleasant Grove I-15 Interchange (100 acre master planned development), Thanksgiving Point commercial development (120 acre master planned development), Station Park (I-15 in Farmington) and the landmark RiverPark Corporate Center, totaling 1.5 million square feet on 120 acres - Utah's largest corporate park. Clients have included companies such as Charles Schwab, Northwestern Mutual Life, H&R Block, Novell, Ancestry.com, EDS (now HP), Franklin Covey and Fusion-io.
